Out of scope: unused and no reasonable forseeable use. As this has been kept before, here is a more complete reasoning:

The previous keep-argument was that somehow a design like this one would symbolize Chinese-Americans. But unlike crossing flag pins which symbolize friendly relations, flag maps like this one are symbolizing ownership of the flag-country over the displayed territories - these are maps of unfriendly takeovers.

There is a reason why irredentist movements are using flag maps to show annexed territories or wannabe-annexations. It is to signal of "this land belongs to us", not "friendly neighborhood Argentinian living on the Falklands": Despite not depicting reality, we don't delete irredentist flag maps because they show the concept of "Greater Whateverstan", and a real-world desire to take over someone else's land.

In contrast, this map here is not showing the "Greater China" concept in any way. We have, by now, either deleted this stuff outright, or moved it into (e.g.) Category:Alternate flag maps of the United States. COM:WHERE#YouTube explains it. For example, File:Gizelle Bryant Sister Circle Live.png comes from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arNwfXG4fUM. That YouTube page says "License Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)". THe YouTube pages your files come from don't. (It can be a bit more complicated; sometimes we don't believe the YouTube account actually has the right to license its videos that way, but in your case, your files aren't licensed that way on the YouTube page at all.) --GRuban (talk) 18:56, 6 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

This is the uploader's only upload, and it's a posed, professional quality photo, but low resolution, no EXIF, and he claims it as "own work". All that is already worrisome, so I went looking. This image is also available at https://www.pinterest.com/pin/506795764291816867/ at a larger crop, both wider and taller. If the uploader is truly the photographer, I'd like to know why he didn't just upload that version. The image is also almost certainly from the same photoshoot as this color cover image from the Miss America Pageant Magazine https://www.ebay.com/itm/175837222601 (not quite the exact same image, the head is tilted slightly differently, but very likely taken seconds apart). The copyright holder is the company so they have the right to dedicate their content under an open license. Now, I wouldn't upload the videos as it features external content not produced by TVA, such as other images or videos. However, a screenshot of a studio interview produced by TVA would be okay. Alles klar! Dateinamen kann man aber recht einfach selbst ändern lassen, ohne die Datei zu löschen, siehe Template:Rename. Einfach {{Rename|neuername.jpg|3}} in die Dateibeschreibungsseite einfügen. These pictures are obviously not own work. They are re-photographed with unclear source. Portraits of actors contain screen interference, so it seems that they are photographed from television (this file even states that it is taken from film Bonzaï). Some of the old photos could be PD-Old if a source and copyright status is cleared. There are also uploaded artworks by w:fr:Georges Rhigas, who is a living artist.

This image is a reproduction of a drawing made in 1948 by Denis Tremblay (1917-1991), showing a future building to be built, drawn after the plans by architect Louis-Napoléon Audet (1881-1971). As we can see, there are three potential levels of copyright:

- The work (the plans) of Louis-Napoléon Audet. This component is in the public domain in Canada since 2021, because this architect died in 1971, which is just before the cutoff year of 1972, as seen in Template:PD-Canada.
- The work (the drawing) of Denis Tremblay (1917-1991). This component is under copyright in Canada until 2062 (see Template PD-Canada). It is in copyright in the United States until 2044.
- The work of the person who made a photographic reproduction of the drawing. This component either did not generate a distinct copyright in Canada or, if it did, it expired in Canada in 1999.

The problem is the copyright on the drawing.

Alert readers may note that the source website tags the group of images, which includes this image, as public domain. It is easy to guess how that mistake about this image probably happened. This image of a drawing happens to be grouped with a collection of photographs taken before 1949. Indeed, as mentioned in Template:PD-Canada, photographs taken before 1949 entered the public domain 50 years after creation, but most other types of works, including drawings, entered the public domain 50 years after the death of the author (now extended to 70 years). The employee who tagged the group of images may not have realized that this image is a reproduction of a drawing.
