There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Wikipedia article, the sculptor was А. Банніков (likely Банников А.А., 1918–1991). The file in question can also be found in a number of publications originating or related to the club itself, while at the same time in the metadata section there's a lack of mention regarding the camera, the mobile phone, or even the drone that was used in order to take this photo, and at the same time there's a code which most of the time (?) as I remember from similar cases on Commons is a direct hint that the file in question originated or was downloaded from Facebook. 🏺ⲈⲨⲐⲨⲘⲈⲚⲎⲊ🏛️ ⲱⲑⲏⲥⲁⲧⲉ 09:22, 5 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Tagged by Netora as copyvio. Based on User talk:Sengoku2501, I see that the website at some point had a license (in Japanese) at https://www.mod.go.jp/msdf/owsaa/kiyaku.html, but this link no longer works. Can we find evidence that this website is under the GJSTU?

    「twitterの著作権情報は、海上自衛隊サイトに記載されているため」とありますがどのページですか？ 海上自衛隊のウェブサイトの利用規約([1] [2] )は冒頭に「海上自衛隊ホームページで公開している情報」とあるように、海上自衛隊のアドレスで配信されているコンテンツの著作権について言及しており、海上自衛隊のTwitterなどSNSについては言及がありません。
    利用規約ページの２）のウについても海上自衛隊のサイト上に組み込まれているTwitterやYoutubeコンテンツの取り扱いを示しており、その逆(海上自衛隊がTwitter上で公開しているコンテンツ)についてはGJSTUが適用できると確認できる根拠が見つかりません。もし明白に記されているウェブページなどあればお示しください。 Netora (talk) 09:07, 25 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
