I'll try to summarize the best I can, but this logo is a derivative work (COM:DW) based on the previous logos which are under Copyright. So, if the modified logo still looks a lot like the original MINECRAFT logo, even with just a few adjustments, it's seen as a derivative work. That means it gets the same copyright protection as the original logo, even if the changes are small (in this case, flattening the interior of the letters to remove the cracked texture). As seen here, its essentially the same logo [1]. If it's obvious your logo comes from the original, it's still covered by copyright. There is no Freedom of Panorama in San Marino. The work Allieza di danza dates to 1957 and was authored by sculptor Venanzio Crocetti (1913–2003). He lived long enough for his public work to remain under his heirs' private artistic copyright domain and not free to be exploited under commercial Creative Commons licenses.

Why should this file be deleted? It is without technical failure, has an intime atmosphere and does not violate any human rights.

There is no way to predict whether it may be used by other websites on male wellbeeing or morning erections. And there is no precondition to be "special enough" for any image published here. I don't think that character is close enough to Betty Boop to be a copyright infringement. If at all, it's a caricature of it. And Betty Boop first appeared in a 1930 movie, so it's copyright would also expire very soon. Oh, and when this DR will be closed, it will be 2024, anyway... Nominating for deletion again but for a different reason. Starting at around 59:00 (because it stops being muted) and continuing until around 1:02:30, two songs play in succession in the background—the first one is "Stein Song" and the second is "Whistling in the Dark". According to the Catalog of Copyright Entries, the latter's (renewed) protection started in 1930, with the ukulele arrangement's protection starting one year later. Searching online gives two 1931 sound recordings.

If the background music is from sound recordings, then this file might need to be deleted until at least 2032 (or 2036 to be safe, I didn't bother to thoroughly look for the source of the music), and then a selectively muted version could be uploaded in its stead. I think this dondorma or dondurma is a special ice cream in the Turkish culture. There is even an article for dondurma in some Wikipedias. Therefore taking a picture of dondurma with Estambul in the background seems to be a good idea. I looked at the other uploads of the photographer and saw that he made good pictures in different places. I couldn't ask to delete any of his works. Hi, I believe File:Emblem of Vietnam (fixed).svg was uploaded with the intent of updating the file hosted at File:Emblem of Vietnam.svg. The latter is an inaccurate depiction of the emblem. @MingoBerlingo drew the emblem at File:Emblem of Vietnam (fixed).svg based on official documents. However, File:Emblem of Vietnam.svg is protected so that only administrators can overwrite the file and we haven't been able to get administrator to update said file. I don't have a real opinion on this since I don't know much about Japanese copyright, but as the person who requested this image's creation I want to say that, if this design is too original for Commons then I want it preserved for the respective Bowser article under fair use, since the emblem is a significant icon of the character. Just add the appropriate fair use license and you should be good to go.
If you give it the same filename as it has here on Commons it will still use the image hosted on Commons until it's deleted - there's no way around this besides waiting. The logo of the Erasmus University Rotterdam looks almost identical to the design of Loesje posters.

 Addendum, for context, I've asked other users and administrators before for what is and isn't a copyrightable standard for posters (see here as an example), and the TOO doesn't seem to be as low as the nominator proposes, for example see "File:2010 election posters doetinchem.JPG" which was kept twice. Yesterday I received a postive response of Mothership, that they are interested and prepared to cooperate. However, I did have my doubts about the possibilities here. And today just now I noticed I might have misread the origin of ths project in the first place. Every postern has the following text on the bottum:
Rotterdam. Make it happen. Dit project is mede mogelijk gemaakt Cultuur Concreet, Stichting de Loodsen, Hippr, notdef.org, Platform P., Rotterdam Festivals. Kooyman, Centercom.
There is a listing of eight producers of the project, of which the Rotterdam Festivals is the most prominent. The doubts I had yesterday was regarding the origin of the quotes on the posters. They don't seem to originate from one text writer, but seem to be personal notes/quotes of unique individuals. So here is probably a project with over 100 participants and 8 producers. That's obvious, every poster is addressed to someone, then the message is written down, and then the writer is listed. The vast majority of these messages are too short and too banal to be eligible for copyright ©️ protection, for example "File:Personalised St. Valentine's Day message, Rotterdam-Centrum, Rotterdam (2021) 02.jpg" only reads "I love you and I stay loyal to you", that is isn't anywhere near creative enough to warrant copyright ©️ protection under Dutch law. Only a handful of them at most contain messages that might be eligible for copyright ©️, but I would refer to the "Backseat conversations" (De Endstra-tapes) where phrases like “she has a black belt in shopping, so uh …” weren't seen as creative enough to warrant the creation of copyright ©️, and these conversations are quite long. For a phrase to be copyrightable under Dutch law it has to be creative and original enough to warrant this protection. These works are below the "COM:TOO" for the Netherlands. Having a "view" on things is not the same as creating a copyrightable work of authorship. Ideas are not copyrightable; expression can be.
All the "works" by Loesje are short phrases/slogans.
  • In the United States, the Copyright Office says, "Copyright does not protect names, titles, slogans, or short phrases."
  • In the Netherlands, the government says that works must be "original and personal" and "[not] similar to works of others." In line with CJEU decisions, the work must be an "intellectual creation of the author." A single-sentence slogan or phrase will not be copyrightable in the Netherlands either.

All the Loesje posters I can find are short phrases, trite and banal, with no serious original character.
Following the Infopaq standard and more recent CJEU case law, the amount of content included in a short phrase, in order to be copyrightable, would have to represent a significant intellectual creation on the part of the author, reflecting the author's personality and the ability to express one's creative abilities in the production of the work by making free and creative choices. The Dutch courts have consistently applied a standard which would consistently reject the originality of such short and banal phrases as these, which often reflect simply plays on words or basic ideas which have been expressed similarly before.
Ideas and names are inherently uncopyrightable, since they are not works of authorship of any protectable kind. Signatures are also uncopyrightable in continental European counties; indeed, there is considered to be no potential for significant intellectual and creative expression in the writing of one's name.
The notion that copyright can exist in banal statements such as those put on Loesje posters is not in accord with any finding from a Dutch court.   • As is stated on the image page, there is apparently proof of free license submitted from the photographer. If the proof of free license is inaccurate or there is some similar license problem, please email information per COM:VRT. If there is any legal reason to remove the image, when evidence is presented it will certainly be removed.
