Delete The template provides some guidance to how we should interpreted "significant doubt" (com:PCP): Reasonable evidence must be presented that the author's name (e.g., the original photographer, portrait painter) was not published with a claim of copyright in conjunction with the image within 70 years of its original publication. A secondary publication at a random website not making any claims about the authorship is not reasonable evidence. The reason was that the user uploaded several images of politicians from that region and admitted in the description that the images had been taken from Facebook or other copyrighted sites such as traditional news websites. Weak keep. The logo is pretty clearly below COM:TOO Italy which has a relatively high threshold of originality, thus qualifying for {{PD-textlogo}}. I do have some questions about the notability. The organization seems to be associated with the Network of Communists as a student wing. This looks to be a borderline-notable political party. Dear Günther, I am following a tip from the community regarding the licensing for the US. There is no reason to assume that the poster was displayed outside Switzerland. (The format 128 x 90.5 cm is a Swiss peculiarity). It is in the public domain under Swiss law. Can you tell me which license would be correct so that it is not flagged? If the file was never published or registered in the US, then there are two possibilities:

It was published before 1929 as works published before 1977 had a maximum of 95 years protection in the US. For this you need {{PD-old-auto-expired|deathyear=19xx}}.
It was in the Swiss public domain in 1996 as the US restored copyright of foreign works in 1996 after joining the Berne Convention. For this you need {{PD-two|PD-old-auto|PD-US-1996|deathyear=19xx}}.

The first doesn't hold because it was published in 1935. The second doesn't hold because the author died in 1953, and his works entered in the Swiss public domain this year.

If you are uploading other posters it is important to know that until 1993 copyright protection in Switzerland was 50 years and the extension to 70 years was not retroactive. If you look at the source, this was drawn on the back of a ripped piece of paper. There's no evidence it was ever published, at least not before it was placed on the Internet. The source says it was uploaded with the permission of Bloch's estate. Thus the copyright expires 70 years after Bloch's death, in the 2065. Files found with Special:Search/Sondra Locke and Clint Eastwood 1975.jpg[edit]

Doubtful this is a Public Domain photograph. Uploader claims this was published prior to 1977 without a copyright notice. The ebay listing this photograph comes from states "1976 Original 35mm Color Camera Negative - taken on the set of the classic 1976 Western 'The Outlaw Josey Wales' , this is a possibly un-published photo - from our historic archive." This however shows no proof it was actually published, in the legal sense What is publication?. I cannot find an example of this photo in form of a publicity photograph or in a magazine. The rights likely still belong to Warner or the photographer.
