I mean to delete pages 15 and 16 with the French translations with uncertain translation license but to keep pages 1 to 14 with the authentic texts. Maybe keeping the page numbers of "Volume 3007" and "I-52241" is de minimis of a copyrighted volume? Category:The Heart Truth 2013[edit]

These images were all uploaded by me. At first I thought the copyright holder of these images is the US government and might have hired the photographers. But I was probably wrong since the EXIF data of these images state otherwise and one of the images of this kind which was also uploaded by me was deleted for the same reason. 1995 images from a Philippines' 1995 publication[edit]

Hi, I wanted to include it because it shows the scope of the OCT field. Technology, which clinical fields are the most relevant (most promise), and physics. In addition it shows a source for understanding how to do hypothesis driven basic science and clinical trials. As you've been told on your talk page on the English Wikipedia, this image is not an appropriate source for a Wikipedia article. The book which this outline was drawn from is a source, and can be cited by reference; your recreation of its table of contents with commentary on possible improvements is not a source. A1Cafel appears to have nominated quite a number of signatures for deletion on this incorrect basis. He has been pinged several times about this issue, and it is disappointing that he has continued to nominate signatures for deletion without responding to the issues raised. The logo itself is what's copyrighted, not just specific images of the logo. Modifying or recreating the logo doesn't create a new work independent of that copyright, just like drawing your own image of Donald Duck wouldn't create an image free of Disney's copyright on the character. @QTHCCAN: Thanks for pointing out that discussion, I was not aware of it. However there does seem to be some differences, I can't see any mention of a "work-for-hire" scheme or any reference to a site like Getty, unless I'm missing something here? This photo is a work of the Canadian government, NOT the US Government as the uploader has claimed. Original can be found here: https://www.gg.ca/en/media/photos/2013/order-canada-investiture-rene-angelil-and-celine-dion. Canadian government works are copyrighted for 50 years after publication. Will be PD January 1st 2064.

The caption beneath the image mentioned by @ZimskoSonce has a proper credit and copyright information, explicitly indicating that the copyright is owned by @Brian8lo. Keep The individual who uploaded the content might have a connection with SCP. It's not appropriate to assert without evidence that the uploader lacked the authority to share the picture publicly.  Delete per nomination. @SheriffIsInTown: the one that needs to provide the evidence that the image has a free license is the uploader. In this particular case they asserted they took it from "Google" and used a bogus license as this image was clearly not published in the US before 1929. The media does not indicate the name of the photographer, only that the photo represents the Finnish of Tatar origin Ğaysä Xäkimcan and the Soviet Röstäm Yäxin, and that the photo was taken in Kazan in the Soviet Union in 1970. : The site indicates at the bottom of the page: “Permission for use, re-use, or additional use of the content is not required. GetArchive believes there are no usage restrictions or limitations put on content in the U.S. Get Archive LLC does not charge permission and license fees for use of any of the content on PICRYL, however, upon request, GetArchive can provide rights clearance for content for a fee.” : However, not knowing this site, I cannot comment on its reliability in terms of copyright, nor on the rights related to the photo of a Finn and a Soviet taken in the USSR in 1970 by an unknown author within the framework of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
