It doesn't "look more like" advertising -- it is unquestionably advertising. Thank you for the response. There are a few issues here. First, from what you mentioned, the statement on the image description page that it's your own work is incorrect. Please note the correct source and author. Second, for photographs, copyright belongs to the photographer, not the subject, unless there are agreements otherwise. You will need to show proof that the photographer has given permission for the image to be distributed under the Creative Commons licence, otherwise the image will have to be deleted. The image source is from a Youtube video. The youtube link is gone because they were given a takedown notice and took the video down.
