Por supuesto que foto propia, sacada con mi propia cámara. Yo aparezco en el centro de la foto, junto a lideres de la Comunidad Shuar de Pastaza, Ecuador. Lugar de la foto en Campamento de empresa argentina José Cartellone Construcciones Civiles S.A. (JCCC), al fondo de la foto aparece el cartel de la empresa, de la cual yo era Director y Jefe de Obra.

Hi, I think if we consider Moroccan law, then all the images under the category Train stations in Morocco, if not all pictures of public buildings in Morocco, must be deleted. I do think there might be a misunderstanding in the licensing since the original law is in Arabic, which could lead to misinterpretations in translation. Regards. @Riad Salih the Moroccan copyright law, at least in one of the languages that is used in Morocco, is very clear that free uses of any public monuments still under copyright are not allowed: Section 20 of the law (in French text) states: "Nonobstant les dispositions de l'article 10 ci-dessus, il est permis, sans l'autorisation de l'auteur et sans paiement d'une rémunération, de rééditer, de radiodiffuser ou de communiquer par câble au public une image d'une oeuvre d'architecture, d'une oeuvre des beaux-arts, d'une oeuvre photographique et d'une oeuvre des arts appliqués qui est située en permanence dans un endroit ouvert au public, sauf si l'image de l'oeuvre est le sujet principal d'une telle reproduction, radiodiffusion ou communication et si elle est utilisée à des fins commerciales." The part I highlighted is what makes the Moroccan Freedom of Panorama not suitable for Wikimedia Commons. Commons upholds free culture movement by only permitting licenses that do not restrict commercial re-uses; Moroccan law is not compatible to this with respect to free uses of public landmarks and monuments. It is fine though if the monument/landmark is incidental (not the main or intended subject), but the resulting image may not be worthy for use in Wikipedia articles on the station itself.
The other images of train stations need to be reviewed case-to-case basis. A couple of images may show station buildings designed by architects who died more than 70 years ago (therefore the architectural copyright expired). The Marrakech Railway Station itself consists of the old and new buildings. The new building is not accepted here as it is still under architect's copyright. The old one is fine. If you may find other station buildings that are obviously made by architects who died less than 70 years ago, then you can nominate those images by yourself. Colorized photographs by Flickr user Pierre Tourigny[edit]

These are colorized versions of what are apparently vintage photographs of American actresses. While the colorization as such is apparently the work of the Flickr user and freely licensed, we'd need more information about the original photographs to be able to determine their copyright status and (perhaps) keep them. Else they should be deleted per the precautionary principle. One had already been deleted in 2016 per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Betty Brosmer (3856129097).jpg.

Because they are from Ai Weiwei and in a museum? Size, amount, weight, colors and density etc. selected and presented by Ai Weiwei? Check the sculpture of Ton of tea, copyright has Ai Weiwei.  Comment This is a bit of a tricky case. Everything points to this flag being a fake, as stated by the nominator - see also Commons:Deletion requests/File:Monte Romano Flag.png where I decided to delete the file, and the uploader's other questionable uploads. But in this case, there are even two Wikimedia language versions already using the file in article namespace; Spanish in es:Copa Mundial de Fútbol Sub-17 de 2017, and Korean in ko:깃발 목록, and in these cases, it apparently wasn't Heitor100YT themselves who inserted it there. If we strictly follow COM:INUSE, we have to keep this file unless it's no longer in use in these projects. I think it very likely that they just took it by mistake because it was available here on Commons and looks rather plausible, but I speak neither Spanish nor Korean and don't want to just remove it there. versus

An addition to our #UnfoldTheUniverse art social media campaign sent in by Kirthi Jayakumar. This is a painting of [subject] inspired by Webb's image!
