Mention if Date Stamp on photos encouraged or not

Add "Q: My camera offers a Date/Time stamp option, that will print the date I took a picture right into the bottom corner of the JPG image it captures. Does Commons prefer I turn this on/off before taking pictures?" Jidanni (talk) 02:21, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

Not the creator

Can something be added along the lines of "If you are not the creator but you have permission from the copyright holder, you can use...Commons:OTRS#Licensing_images:_when_do_I_contact_OTRS?" This seems to be a FAQ Troll Control (talk) 10:33, 16 March 2021 (UTC)

Family member creators

Add: Q: My spouse / child / parent / grandparent is good with a camera, but not willing to make their own account and upload I have decided to use my own account to upload, and they think that is great. Also they told me to just pick the default licensing terms too. So what is the proper way to still give them credit somewhere?

Dead link in FAQ

Why isn't Add a Note appearing for an image?

needs to be added and answered. Obviously if you have extremely low res images of a line or sth it's unnecessary, but they're routinely failing to appear for even massive images that badly need annotation. — LlywelynII 12:39, 18 May 2023 (UTC)
