File:DS Lite Browser and Memory Pak.jpg[edit]

The cartridge labels are complex enough to be copyrightable, and are separate copyrights. pandakekok9 12:15, 12 April 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Keep I dispute that it's as cut-and-dried as you think.
Regarding the textual content- I might be wrong, but I don't think there's anything copyrightable there. It's all just boilerplate, part numbers and short, simple and factual statements with no obvious creative input. Some of the words are trademarks, but that's a separate issue from copyright and not a valid reason for deletion.
There *are* some graphical elements, but (e.g.) the image of the DS on the expansion pak is a small part of the label and arguably de minimis. It's also debatable whether the background on the cartridge itself is complicated or prominent enough to be copyrightable.
In short, I disagree that there's a sufficiently strong case for deletion here.
