I agree that this is a terrible picture. I increased the brightness to turn it from something that was essentially worthless (vary dark) to something that was barely just- and still questionably- acceptable in the complete absence of anything better.

I'd argue that whether it's worth keeping depends upon whether the importance of the band (and the fact we have no better examples- Horse Jumper Of Love La Sotterenea -- 2.png is worse) offsets its dismal quality.

•  Comment P.S.: Let me suggest when Wikimedia only has poor quality photo of a notable subject, putting some effort into finding alternatives. For example if someone has a decent photo of them on Flickr, contact them and ask if they could please relicense it under cc-by so it could be used in Wikipedia articles.
