 Delete See also my comments at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Horse Jumper Of Love La Sotterenea -- 1.png. Since the only justification for keeping such otherwise poor quality pictures is that there are no better examples, if we're keeping either, it should be the other (marginally better) example, and this one should be deleted. @Myloufa: I think some of the worst examples of car photos have been deleted, but he still constantly uploads new ones with no quality control. (Especially as- unlike in the past- nowadays most of what he uploads already has better examples available, and we don't need another, poorer one with smartphone haze just because it has some random-ass company's livery on it).
His photos of people- ironically- are a more recent development and far worse. (Probably because a lot are taken using smartphone cameras under low light conditions). Almost all would warrant deletion if- as in most cases- they weren't the sole examples of those people on Commons. (I'm assuming these people *are* notable, as I'm not generally familiar enough with Quebecois culture and local celebrities to judge otherwise.)
