Weak keep This is obviously a mediocre image. However, it is still of functional quality in the (current) absence of anything better. If this person is notable enough to belong on Commons (and I am not in a position to judge that), it should remain here. Ubcule (talk) 20:25, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
