Yu Gi oh cards[edit]

Hello I need help. Can I upload images of Yu Gi oh cards which I took pictures of? Cards is mine and I took photo which my phone but don't know rules for that things. Vux33 (talk) 10:28, 18 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Vux33 Hi, which card are you talking about? Have you realised the design of the card yourself? Where has it been published then? Ruthven (msg) 09:42, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
No. I have the cards, but I don't know who published them for sale. -- Vux33 (talk) 09:50, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Vux33 So your photo is a Derivative work. You don't have the rights to publish it, I'm sorry. Ruthven (msg) 09:55, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Could you help me identify which sculpture this is or who the sculptor of this was so I could put a more definite undeletion date than "unknown" on the DR Commons:Deletion requests/File:Roma Colosseo 002.JPG which has been now categorized as Italian FOP cases/deleted. Abzeronow (talk) 21:40, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Abzeronow Hi, it's a 2009 statue by Jimenez Dereda called Pareja[1]. Best Ruthven (msg) 09:39, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Grazie. Abzeronow (talk) 16:12, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:École du Mail (Genève)[edit]

Maybe it's unique in Italy, but in most places covered parking lots are usually buildings. Especially in cases where the parking lot is in an actual building. Otherwise someone's garage in their house would be outdoors. Which is totally ridiculous. Adamant1 (talk) 19:47, 25 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Adamant1 École du Mail is in Geneva, Switzerland, not in Italy. I don't know where you live, and what problem you have with parking lots, but I don't see why are you talking about parking and buildings in the first place. Here the photos are about benches next to a basket playground. Basket playgrounds can be outside or inside. This one is outside. Cheers Ruthven (msg) 15:22, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I'm aware of where the École du Mail is located. You live in Italy though do you not? So I thought maybe you'd have a different definition or understanding of what makes something a building there then in other places since it seems like Italy has their own way of doing things with a lot of this stuff. As to the rest of your comment, yes the artwork is behind some seats on a wall that's located in the same area as a basket playground and they can be inside, but so what? The artwork in this image is clearly inside of a building. As should be obvious by the windows behind it and lack of sunlight. Per Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Switzerland "The place must be accessible to the public on a de facto basis....Following the majority view in the legal literature, if the place is only accessible to certain categories of persons, such as pupils and high school staff, it is no longer “accessible to the public.”" There's zero evidence that the outside playground is accessible to the general public to begin with, but it's even more unlikely that the part of it inside of the building would be on a de facto basis, or that they wouldn't only allow students and school staff access to it. It's clearly closed off to the public by nature of being inside a building to begin with. --Adamant1 (talk) 20:16, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hallo Ruthven, now I have replaced this image too File:Anus querschnitt.jpg and nominated it for deletion. It was missing in our long list. Sciencia58 (talk) 15:55, 1 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Undeletion Request[edit]
